Seating
Step-free access The route from the entrance to the auditorium is step-free. The auditorium itself is step-free, with Row A at floor level - book here if you need step-free seating. The other rows are raked, with steps between them.
Seats
Seats are 450mm (around 18 inches) wide at the smallest. Backrests, no armrests, cushioned seats. Wider seats are available - they're labelled on the seat map.
Distance to toilets
A14 and A15 are closest to the toilets on the ground level.
Wheelchairs
Two wheelchair spaces on Row A, at floor level. Our floor is a flat concrete surface.
Tickets for these seats are priced as concessions and can be booked online.
When you book, let us know if you'd like to stay in your chair or transfer to a theatre seat. We'll have it ready.
We also offer free companion tickets, these can be booked over the phone or by emailing boxoffice@theyardtheatre.co.uk.

PERFORMANCES
Captioned Performances
Live captioning assists people who are D/deaf or hard of hearing who benefit from reading the dialogue alongside the action. You can find information about captioned performances on individual pages for shows.
We caption our performances with Stage Text. The best seats for captioned performances will be highlighted and can be booked online by selecting these nominated seats at checkout.
If no seats are highlighted, captions will be best viewed from all seats.
